With a 10-year track record across design, product and strategy roles in financial services, some of the big things I’ve delivered include:

  • Implementing a new design ops framework to support a team of 500+ designers
  • Building CancaraOS, an operating system for brand experience and design quality
  • Setting up one of the UK’s largest internal beta programmes with 10k colleagues
  • Designing a multi-channel comms plan to land a new app with over 15 million users
  • Sending £1 cheques in the post to introduce a mobile app cheque deposit feature
